1. About the Platform

Migration Pathways Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates an online platform (the “Platform”) that provides general information about Australian skilled migration visa pathways. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

The information is based on publicly available data published by the Australian Department of Home Affairs (DoHA) and other government sources. It may not reflect the most current policy changes, legislative amendments, or administrative practices.

4. No Professional Relationship

Your use of the Platform does not create any professional, advisory, or fiduciary relationship between you and Migration Pathways Pty Ltd. No attorney–client, migration-agent, or similar relationship is formed by your use of the Platform or by any communication with us.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We make no representation or warranty — express or implied — that the information on the Platform is accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose. Visa outcomes depend on individual circumstances, DoHA discretion, legislative changes, and many other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee that use of the Platform will result in a successful visa application, nomination, or any other immigration outcome.

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes;
• Not attempt to circumvent or interfere with the Platform's security measures;

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Australian law, Migration Pathways Pty Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including, without limitation, any reliance placed on information provided by the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), our liability is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having the service re-supplied.

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, software, and data compilations — is the property of Migration Pathways Pty Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without our prior written consent.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for resolution of any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Platform.
